Day 116 — Launch Outreach
Today I continued our outreach for our upcoming app launch
Today I did a mix of activities in preparation for our app launch.
Here’s what I accomplished.
1 — Kicked off Invincible Youth Advisor Board
Today we started kicked off the youth advisory board with our first youth advisor — and he is AWESOME. I am SO excited for this initiative and can’t wait to share more.
2 — Created GIF Content for Email Newsletter
Tomorrow we plan to send our launch newsletter to parents who have subscribed to us on the Invincible Website. An Invincible newsletter wouldn’t be complete without some GIFs, so I created 2 GIFs to include in the newsletter.
The first will be our headliner on the newsletter:

3 — Continued Outreach
I also continued outreach to potential partners and news outlets.
4 — App Feedback
Today I also started getting feedback on the app from friends and family. I’m hoping to fix any obvious bugs before we launch, and getting new eyes on the app is a super helpful way to identify issues.
What’s Next?
Tomorrow we’ll send our newsletter out and launch the Invincible Tik Tok Account with our very first post.
